Re Chroming

I have just been looking for something in my boat file at home and I came across an invoice for getting my Lewmar 40's re chromed. This guy makes a little business out of rechroming boat parts, especially the river boats as he's in Barnsley.
Anyway, if you want your old chrome re done i'd be suprised if you can find cheaper.
When I was restoring (still am) Ashanta I paid this guy £14.69 in 2000 for the pair of Lewmar 40's inc of VAT!
Try: prestige Electro Plating,
Unit 9, Station Rd Ind est, Wombwell, Barnsley S73 OAM.

Yep! Old family firm Husband wife son daughter and life long friend, old fashioned...like going back to the dark ages....BUT dose Brian know his stuff !!!! will also polish...& plate...chrome vintage car parts from all over the world....excellent quality...

They are in my old factory unit that we occupied for 12 years he had the unit next door...moved into ours when we moved out.

I have delt with platers in various parts of the UK mostly large runs of shop fitting equipment.....but for specalised parts you can't beat him.

For gold plating you need to go to sheffield.
