RCD Compliance

I am buying a boat imported fom USA in 2005.It has an rcd compliance certificate, self certificated byDH Marine services in Yalding but not by a notified body.It is over 12 meters so I thought it needed a notified body to be involved.
Anybody have ideas on legal status for this one?

As well as the certificate, it should also come with a seperate builder manual produced at the time of the CE compliance work, plus a new HIN number for the UK.

I don't know about the 12m issue - sorry.
