Been given the task of arranging a night time trip through the centre of London .Have located a boat to do the trip(bar buffet/central heating etc ) but really need advice regards how early on a winters evening the lights start to look good.Bearing in mind its dark by 4pm in January ?
Be a change for all our "skippers" to sit back and enjoy the trip for a change.
