I have been trying to contact the Raymarine technical help line.

Following the voice prompts, I keyed in Extension 1083. The voice changed to American, and I then tried to follow the trans Altantic instruction menu. Regrettably the American system did not appear to recognise the input from a UK telephone keypad.

Anyone else had difficulties?

Tam

PS Even better, does anyone have the telephone number of a British Raymarine Tech Support team?

But when you get through, you will hear a recorded message. Let that go through, and then either dial 0 or wait for reception. When reception comes on the line, ask for "technical in the UK". Stress UK or you will get transferred to the USA.

Technical appear to be there in the mornings only.

I've phoned them, and they know what they are talking about.
