Raymarine ST60 no display

One of my Raymarine ST60+ Graphic's has thrown a wobbly - bleeps away merrily when the buttons are pushed but the screen remains completely blank - if this fixable or do I have to replace the whole thing ?

When my ST60 tridata plays up, I just turn it off and then back on again. This 'fixes' the issue and normal service is resumed. Usual fault is no speed displayed, just a series of dashes.

I have found RayMarine help line to be very good.
