I have two chartplotters, the digital radar is connected to the plotter in the indoor steering position
But the radar is only working on the lower (indoor)helm. Do I have to connect the other plotter on my upper helm by a separate cable other than the
The seatalk cable. Plotters are e125 upstairs and a e165 downstairs.

I believe you need the waterproof ethernet cable (Or Raynet cable and Raymarine call it ) between the two displays.

I understand that the microwaves from the radar can be hazardous, hence the plotter on the lower helm is rigged for the radar, not the upper helm. This may no longer be applicable with a digital dome, bu5 I’m not an expert.

I understand new equipment is much lower powered and not hazardous.
