Raymarine printed manuals now available

I received an email from Raymarine yesterday saying that printed manuals are now available to purchase. Check out their website for more info, if like me, you are fed up with using ones you have printed from the CD's they normally supply!

Not that long ago thier kit came with spiral bound manuals which were packaged in Raymarine branded folders rather than a just providing a CD. Seems rather cheeky to start charging for manuals seperately instead of them being included in the price.

Garmin supply printed manuals in a nice zip up wallet.

I must admit I was a bit miffed after spending £3.5k on Raymarine kit and having to print my own manuals. Some poppycock about their environmental policy, which translates as being tight-fisted of course.

Some of the Raymarine manuals (especially for newer MFD's) are changing quite frequently. Hence not really worth getting a printed version. The latest software updates allow you to see the pdf manual on the display.

The manual for my C90W's turned up today free of charge, so I'm a happy bunny!
