Pathfinder series, 7 pin female connector, about 12 mil, cant find one anywhere, Raymarine want to sell me the cable for $59, any ideas , tried RS and others

I THINK the plug you require is as above, you will need to wire the cable yourself so you need a little electronics expirience or $59 might be good value in fog.
I wired a plug for home use (so I can set waypoints and passage plan at home so if my solder fails it is not too much of a problem.

its 6 holes equidistant around the perimeter and one in the middle, I can do the wiring, these do not look the same, thanks again

Try calling Hutchins Marine Services on 01628-810499. I had a similar problem last year and he gave good advice and then sent me a cable free of charge because he found he had one lying on his workbench. I've used him to source electronics ever since.
