Raymarine memory battery issue

I have a Raymarine st70 head unit driving an X10 computer etc.

It is behaving as if a memory backup battery has expired; I have to input boat type etc every time I turn it on.

Google suggests that Raymarine just ask people to return these units for repair when this fault occurs.

Do the resident experts know any better please? i.e. Which box has which battery and how easy is it to replace please?

I'm not familiar with an X10 computer, but in general that's where autopilot settings would live, not in the control units.
