Can anyone recommend a Raymarine specialist in Torquay? Got a problem with autohelm - decides it can't get a signal when I insert a course correction although fine when I just point where I go and press auto. Quite likely I have just messed up the settings messing about without knowing what I am doing but having just hand steered from Lymington, keen to get sorted for return trip. Mark

Dunno about Torquay but if you are going round the corner to Dartmouth the chandlers in the Marina have a very helpful electrics man.

If it's just the settings though you can download the manual from the Raymarine site.

Darthaven Marina appear to be the specialists in the Dartmouth area. www.darthaven.co.uk is their website. A chap called Lee is the head bod on electronics. They did my boat with a full suite of kit and all works fine inc an AP.

Thanks for the replies - sounds like I need to get my tail round to Dartmouth. Not sure whether it is the settings or not - swung and calibrated the compass yesterday to no effect. As far as I can work out the autopilot controller (6002) operates off its own GPS (the E120 display gets a signal) and wonder if the connection to that is down. One for the experts I think. Thanks again for the suggestions. Mark
