Raymarine E80 Animated Tides?

While on board a friends boat at the weekend I noticed that he had tidal arrows showing on his C70 plotter. He showed me how to enable it and I thought I would be able to get the same on my E80. I cannot find anyway of setting this on the E80 and no metion of it in the hand book. Seems strange that an older C unit would have a feature that the E does not.
Has anybody any knowledge on this?

I would assume it's the same as the C series.... on our C80 you just pick the nearest "T- tidal information" on the chart press ok then on the soft keys at the bottom you just pick animate.

Are you running the latest version of the e series software V4.29 ? you can download it from the raymarine webpage if not.

You're right its the same - that's exactly how my E series works.

Thanks for the info, It does look like it needs the latest software upgrade. A bit surprised as it is only a couple of years old.
