I have a radar chartplotter RL70C since yesterday when starting it says :NO FIX and the gps signal is lost.When I go in the gps menu it asks me to do a cold start and its working again, at first with only 4 satellites and then after few minutes it finds 7 àr 8 and keep working.Do you think there is some trouble with the antenna or ...Thanks
PS:I check the antenna and found a kink on the cable

PS:I check the antenna and found a kink on the cable

from a "Cold Start" it will pick up fewer sats first.

Could it be the suns activity, moving intio a more ative period solar flares could have an effect on gps satalites
