We have the above equipment on our new to us boat. Over the last couple of months I have got to understand it a bit (never had anything so complex on previous boats.)
So the C80 seems to work fine including radar, depth sounder and repeater.
Likewise the S3 autopilot works fine when set to follow an existing heading.
But the two don't talk. The autopilot does not seem to get any info from the C80 so will not follow a course or waypoint.
I can't positiveley id any seatalk connection, though there are seatalk cables that go off to some where as yet un traced and there is definately no nmea connection.
Would connecting nmea from C80 to S3 solve the problem?
