Raymarine C80 Plotter

I have a RL70 plotter but may upgrade to a C80. However, the C80 uses a different chart card I believe. How can transfer all my routes and waypoints saved on my current card and transfer them to the new plotter? I don't fancy fancy spending hours plugging them all in manually.

don't know the answer on your question about the charts,
I have purchased 2 memorycards with charts together with the C80, (28X + 23X ) but I want to keep both

I think sw like Raytech Planner or Navionics Navplanner should be able the handle this.
