Raymarine AIS connections

Hi All
I am new to Raymarine hardware having just purchased the Element S7 chartplotter
My old plotter a seiwa 701 stopped reading the chart card
My old plotter connected to a NASA AIS engine via Nmea 183 but the element s 7 only has Nmea 2000
Can anyone suggest what I can do as the AIS unit functions prefectly

You need one of these in order to get your AIS to talk to your plotter.
