Ray Marine Essentials SD card

Maybe its me, probably it is but. I tried to activate a new SD card that came with a Dragonfly 5. Followed all the instructions on the C-maps site but. when I try to load my card to the laptop it says no files and do I want format the card ! I tried it on another PC and I can see the files on the sd but can not read them, what ever I try it comes up as unknown file type.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can UNLOCK the potential of my SD card 4D maps ?

Unless you have chart plotter/planner software that is licensed to use the C-MAP charts, the only place for it is in the Dragonfly. Don't mess with it on a file manager or whatever, you may corrupt it.
