Rather puts my prospective choice inthe shade😂

Lovely boat. My style is usually retro, but I have been slowly modernising myself from my late 50s, being more interested in convenience that modern form, style and tech gives. At EUR690 ex VAT, Comfort Spec, a tad too expensive for me.

The skippers hole seemed a bit odd,I suppose there be some professional skipper ready to live in that hole …..with aircon would be bearable 🤔

Do these newer boats now come with his n hers steering, multiple cushions and racks of shower lotion as standard then?
It all feels delightfully subversive
I like the teens hangout in the bow
They’ve covered all the bases

My last boat was a veritable teak library with stout teak posts and shelves of books glowing in the amber warmth of an oil lamp as the solid diesel stove quietly put out its warmth, sometimes with a bottle of red airing atop of it. Pretty spacious too for two people.
Etc etc
Different strokes different folks

Some people find upvc windows an acceptable enhancement /eyesore on old houses

I can understand why they have done it i.e. An attempt to provide a MoBo style master suite and three cabin layout in a 55 footer but for me it does not work and it just proves that 55' in a sailing boat shape is not big enough to provide that layout sensibly. Some innovative stuff and In a 65' hull it would work, but not at 55' IMHO.

I think it’s good that someone has the guts to try something different....rather than the tired old yacht layout....who needs to be cramped at the back, have trip hazards going forward and a sail locker to fall into ?

It’s a layout which is well suited for large boats....but with a little tweaking I can certainly see it at 36 ft
