Ratheon radar question

My recently acquired boat - which originated in the US, has a Ratheon RL9 radar with Ratheon dome. However, there is not a spark of life in the display unit, although there is definately power to it.
My question is: would a RL70C display unit be compatible to just plug in to the existing cabling?

I believe the answer is no. The RL9 uses the same technology as the Autohelm ST50 radar. Ebay might be your best bet. I do have an ST50 display kicking around somewhere but may take a while to find it!
