Theoretically yes, at least in Granville Dock, although the helpful girl in the office switched it on remotely for me earlier this week.

We've just spent a couple of agreeable days in Ramsgate.
First impression not favourable, "welcome home to England £28 please"
When I mentioned that we had been used to paying 9 Euros in Holland, he said "Ah maybe, but this marina is COUNCIL run" as if that explained everything.
The town is definitely on the upward slope, lots of good eateries. The greasy spoon in the arches is called Ship Shape.
Still some DHSS tourists but less than previously.
