Raider 18

Since my old boat and engine appear tired i was looking at buying a used Raider 18. I know one of these that motors at an angle ie. will not run straight. Is this an inherent design fault or just a one off ?
Any other owners out there that could comment on their qualities?

Hi Freddy.
Have you asked this question on any other forums such as boatsand outboards or the MoBo forum on this site? You may get more people who use small fishing boats on these.
I'd have thought that the problem you talk of is a one off. I've never heard it mentioned in the boat reviews in the sea angling mags. It may even have something to do with the set up of the engine on that particular boat.
