I have doubts about the effectiveness of our VHF to transmit. My co- owner isn't concerned. Yesterday in Victoria Dock we could raise dock master 50m away but not Holyhead coastguard. Are we in "hidden" from Holyhead CG ( we didn't hear weather forecasts transmissions all day while working on boat in the dock) or is our system faulty andsufferingfrom power leakage.
