Can anyone give me a suggestion as to what pressure the rad cap on a Sole' 62 engine should be approximately ?
It's a marinised Mitsubishi S4Q2 engine. It has an 'old style' rad cap ie pressed steel and no expansion vessel.
I could do with taking one over to my boat in July just as a precaution.
I seem to remember that many years ago cars without expansion vessels were running at about 13 psi.
