I signed up to a radar/chartplotter (Raymarine) at the LBS. I'm looking to
mount the scanner dome on a raised platform above the other items currently
attached the arch. I've seen the Scanstrut Powertower advertised, but does
anyone know of a supplier that does something similar but in stainless steel ?

If not, has anyone had one custom made (who by and is it expensive) ?

All Stainless steel work on my boat was done by Adrian Tourtel. - Stainless Steel Fabrications, Unit 4, Dyson's Quarry, Southside, Sty. Sampson. Guernsey. GY2 4QJ. Tel 01481 248146 fax 01481 247187.
He is brilliant and does not charge too much.
His ad in the local tide table book invites you to give him a phone call for a quote.
All the best in your quest

I designed a mount that was two platforms, separated by about 4" of stainless tubes, with a pair of tubes running off the back, supporting another, higher bracket for the GPS, VHF and radar reflector, and a mount above that for the nav light.

All fabricated by Pete Couch, PC Fabrications in Christchurch - 01202 485385. Top quality work, cost about £200.

PM me an email address, and I can send you a piccy of it.
