RAcor filters - different micron options confuse me

It's the size of a particle that will be allowed through the filter. E.g., a 4 micron filter will allow particles of less than 4 microns to pass through it.

Yes, I'm aware of that. I was just pointing out that maybe replacing a 4 micron Delphi cartridge with a 10 micron Racor cartridge might not be a fantastic idea.
