Racing Drascombes

Where do drascombe owners hang out on this site? I presume there are a few in this corner.

I am hoping to put together a race at our club regatta for boats with gaffs or yards. The race officers take all this sort of stuff very seriously, and want me to tell them what the "PY" number is for a drascombe lugger, of which there are a few in the club. Some sort of handicap system I believe. Anyone know the answer?
