R Deben 1/2 tide moorings near Woodbridge.

Hello all. Just returned to this forum after swallowing the anchor.

I have found that I simply can not live without a boat.

so, having moved to Suffolk last year, I am looking for a cheap mooringbon the Deben, as it’s the closest salty water from our home.

I have registered with the Kyson Fairways but understand there is a waiting list. Can members here suggest anyone else I can try? Trying to keep costs to a minimum as I am now a pensioner ?

Martlesham Creek Boatyard and Melton Boatyard (aka Granary Yacht Harbour) may be worth a try, both somewhat tidally restricted and therefore presumably cheaper.
