Pros / Cons? Any significant disadvantages vs Merry Fisher and other Peche Promenades? Anyone know this model well enough to comment? Anything I need to pay particular attention to on this model / make? Application would be inshore fishing / coastal bumbling.

I looked at it, as well as the MF625 and the Antares 650 I finally bought, but rejected it purely because the finish was rougher, it looked more basic inside and the equipment was minimum.

I only looked at new boats and Bénéteau simply offered me a better deal.

All in all it is a fine boat and if second-hand, will already have those extras added.

hi
last year i looked at the quicksilver, mf625 and the antares then come across a sessa dorado 22, cat b, lots of room and well finished and worth a look . have had mine since jan and glad i chose it

We have a new 640 Weekender that will be delivered in 10 days to Sparkes at Hayling.

We looked at the MF 625 (too small, especially deck) 655 (way overpriced and poor finish compared to the QS) as well as all the other contenders.

The 640 WE is a great looking boat and a bargain compared to the competition, as well as a much nicer finish and layout.

We looked at some 2-3 year old QSs , and they didn't look as good as the current model - quality has obviously improved.
