That looks awesome, must be a bit bumpy though!! On a serious note I understand it to be 15kts but no one sems to enforce it.
Perhaps a "one way" trafic seperation scheme would be in order?
Sometimes it can seem like a free for all with boats shooting around in different directions.
An accident waiting to happen?
