Can't seem to search for 3G on the forums.

Can you suggest a good 3G provider in Spain for a possible client of yours?

3G stands for 3rd Generation. It's the latest version of mobile phone technology. Gives you the equivalent of broadband for the mobile phone, so you can use it to access internet etc much faster than with GPRS connections. It's being rolled out at the moment in many countries.

Sorry Clive,

I wrote this after a long lunch. What I meant was he wants a supplier of 3G/GPRS cards for his laptop when he is in his house in Spain. This is so he can access to internet while on the move.

Vodafone seem to have quite good 3G coverage in Spain. Which provider is he with in the UK?

I think that he's with Vodafone but wants to get a card for here and one for Spain if it's cost effective.
