Quay West Chandlers, Any Good?

Has any one out there bought from Quay West? Some of their prices look quite interesting and I am looking for a little re-assuring that they are a reputable outfit, delivering promptly etc..

Well us folks in Poole can help put your minds at rest. Quay West are EXCELLENT, they had a shop in Mitchell's Yard which burnt down last year and are currently operating upstairs of H2O a sailboard shop in Sandbanks Rd, though mostly doing mail order sales via their website. Pete (he sails a J24 at our club too) is one of the most helpful guys you could hope to meet. Living locally I haven't used them by mail order, but Pete has always managed to get everything I wanted in a few days if it wasn't already in stock unlike some of the big name people around here.

I notice quay west are grabbing peoples domain names and diverting the traffic to their site. So it doesn't say too much for their ethics.not sure about their delivery yet as haven't bought anything from them
