I had a persistent drop in pressure in my SeaGo inflatable which was only 18 months old . Via Marine Scene the local Rep was on the telephone within 30 minutes and arranged for the dinghy to be returned for testing. Today I had a call to tell me they were sending a new one as they were unable to resolve the pressure drop.
That's whst I call a Quality Service.
 
I have ben impressed with SeaGo customer service twice. The first time they replaced a recall batch lifejacket and because it was on the boat and I could not easily return it, they just sent me a replacement on trust. Another SeaGo jacket had a slow deflation 6 years later and although not a recall batch and 8 years old and never serviced they sold me another with 70% off. Both occasions they responded instantly and sent the jackets to arrive next day.
