I am hoping for some excellent advice from my fellow forum users (you haven't let me down in the past!)...
Over the years I have been getting more and more power boat delivery enquiries, and typically I would tend to handle them myself. Most of my Skippers are very experienced sailors, but only a few have quality experience skippering power boats. Where would you recommend that I look in order to find one or two highly experienced and qualified Skippers to join our team?
We have recently delivered a 50ft trawler, we have a Sunseeker 56 lined up and I am currently quoting for a 78ft trawler coming back from the Med...
