QL BP 800 bow thruster

I have a QL BP 800 bow thruster on my yacht.
The owner's manual says to change the oil every year or every other year. I've never done it before, and I can't find instructions on how to do it. And what oil to use, because the original Volvo Penta oil 41100129 is no longer available.
I'd be grateful if someone could help...
