Told by a bright young thing who jetskis that a few troublemakers turned up down at Littlestone ( Hythe bay ) but were told in no uncertain terms to cease their dangerous careering about or they would be blockaded in. Also said that (as I know full well) there is some goons up at Herne baywho are known and disapproved of. Encouraging news but the lunatic fringe can seem rather a large one when on receiving end. So they're not all mindless yobs.
