Can anyone tell me where I can find a resume of these please? Specificaly - what certification is required by users. The RYA website is proving useless!

From what I remember I thought they were banned totally? Only allowed on lakes specifically for them.

You need to pass a test to use one in French waters, I think an ICC covers it, but not 100% sure on that.

ICC for pwc insurance docuements registration docuements (data tag number if chipped) proof of vat paid will be on bill of sale.VHF certificate if using one and licence.
