Colin Frake or Classic Marine. Both do them in a variety of sizes, either bronze or galvanised, and will also make to your pattern. Assuming you mean what I think of as chainplates, rather than U or A bolts. If you want stainless I have never had to buy any, though I have made my own from 38 x 3 stainless flat bar.
