Some time ago I asked if anybody remembered where to get puncture proof rubber tyred wheels for launching trolleys (and wheelbarrows). Answer came there none. But I've cracked it! Thacker Barrows Ltd still do them. 400mm to fit 25mm axles. They can't rust and they can't go flat and they bounce (unlike some green ones from another company which are rock hard) and I don't have any shares in the company. Beats me why they don't put them in the swindleries instead of those stupid red hubbed permanently deflated ones.

FWIW, I fill my barrow and girt big Tractor wheels with Green Gloopy Grunge available from most Agricultural merchants, garden centres and other sources.

Now I don't get flats anymore.

Not tried with large nails or marlinspikes, though.

Haven't been around long enough to know if this was a previous solution

Green Gloopy Gunge - Do you think it could be the basis of a <£20/litre stain remover if you dissolved <10% oxalic acid in it? GGG exactly describes the expensive stuff. Is it expensive?

Sorry this is a bit off at a tangent - should I have changed the title?

GGG? Is this a trade name? All I was saying is that the wheels I finally tracked down are magic and didn't cost a lot. But if there is such as stuff as GGG how do I find it?
