Where can i get a muli purpose electric (12v) pump that i can use to pump out one are of the bilge that is always wet but also can be used for transfering diesel,petrol etc.

They are only going to work as a true syphon if the delivery end is lower than the suction end, so you would need to lift the boat out of the water for the "pump" to be effective...
Pumps for water and diesel need to be different, as diesel attacks "standard" seals.
If it is only small qty of diesel etc, then the Amazon 12v is quite a useful beast. Come to think of it they have a 12v water suction pump too.
