Pump outs

The river conditions page gives an email address for pump out arrangements and lists working machines stating that the others are closed. It looks like the nearest pump out to Kingston is Boveney!!
Surely not?
Has anyone tried a card in the Molesey machine?
I thought the EA were meant to prevent pollution, not encourage it

The Molesey machine is no longer listed on the facilities page.
Wasn't it vandalised 'by persons unknown' and removed a while ago??

I hope not! What the hell are boaters down here expected to do?

(Please no one suggest Shepperton Marina - I'd rather go for a deep six than pay them for a pump out)

The Molesey hose has a plastic connector unit that gets broken regularly.

(Actually - that's got a fair amount of plastic in it).
P'raps there's the wrong sort of boater down there

I asked Maria Herlihy and within a couple of hours one of her team has responded that the pump out is working at Molesey. Excellent communication and service,
what a refreshing change from Brussel's hands off, selfie on approach to the public.
