Public transport back from Kefalonia in October?

Leaving a boat in Kefalonia in October. Need to get back to Scotland. Any advice from the knowledgable? Seems most touristy flights dry up in September.

Sky Express have flights on a Friday and Sunday to Corfu from Argostoli in October and then plenty of onward flights to UK.

You have two choices, catch the KTEL bus from Sami or Argostoli this links up with the ferry, then KTEL onto Athens, the bus to airport, its a long trip. best bet is catch the crop sprayer, Agean air/Olympic from Kef airport to Athens, then a flight of your choice.
