Just received my new Navionics chart from this crowd. Placed the order with them and put the old in the post to them Tuesday night, had an e-mail from them on Friday to say the new one had been dispatched.

Sorry to hear that, I e-mailed them at their sale@ address to check I could update my chart rather than needing to buy a new one and got a reply the same day.
