Commonly used on Quests SG37 etc is the Seastar Hynautic K19 which has a capacity of 9 Cubic Inches (147 cc) So for 5 revolutions from lock to lock you want a helm pump around 30cc
Please check this before ordering though !

I'd speak to Raymarine about compatibility, but on paper, yes,
Try and figure out the exact model of ram
Forget what I said about revolutions, youre replacing Autohelm not helm pump, apologies

Its the size of the pump that is important raymarine have a type 1 smallest a type 3 and type 3 the largest

My autopilot id a SIMRAD but uses a similar type of pump as said speak to Raymarine

thanks for replies, 1 more question. Can you replace seals etc in ram if i can identify model etc ?

Yes easy trip it done and take the seals to a hydraulic seal supply and they will be able to supply replacement.

I have done it several times with both hydraulic cylinders and outboard tilting hydraulics
