Protect circuit boards, PCs, usb, hdmi ports etc from rusting

Is there a product in spray form that will give long term rust protection to electronics such as hdmi, usb ports, circuit boards, laptops, car stereos etc without the spray damaging the devices?

I have used Contralube 770 which is designed for all electrical/electronic connections but is best applied as the joint is made or pull apart apply generously and re-make. Alternatively if you are trying to protect a large area e.g. exposed circuit board then ACF-50 might be easier and can either be sprayed or brushed on.

You can try hot glue, just cover everything with it, cheap simple way of encapsulating the board (Not the large items but circuit boards and small eletronics)

Further to my last you could always use PCB lacquer:

Easier to apply than hot glue and a little more forgiving if you need to mend/change/disassemble!

That could lead to some interesting problems if you put the glue onto components that need ventilation to avoid overheating. Fine on many components but, unless OP knows what he is doing, perhaps not the best approach.

For PCBs, I use Servisol Plastic Seal 60 PCB Lacquer, but do not get it on the surface of any connections.
