Propshaft Coupling

I have on my boat a very reliable Yanmar SE12 engine which is connected to the propshaft with a coupling consisting of a pair of flanges a fairly rigid rubber section about 15mm thick bonded between them. After 20 years use the rubber has started to delaminate from the metal and I need to replace it.If anyone knows where I may obtain a replacement I would be very gratefull.

You might also try Lancing Marine, 51 Victoria Road, Portslade, Sussex BN41 1XY, tel 01273 410025, e-mail mail@lancingmarine.com, who supplied me with a coupling for a different engine recently and keep a range in stock.

R&D do a direct bolt on replacement for the YSE12 rubber sandwhich coupling which is no longer made by Yanmar.
