I have a duff one, and phoned Propex for a little help.

How very nice...straight onto the technical bods, who were very forthcoming about how to do a DIY fix (No spark generation) and the offer to fix it if I couldn't, at a maximum of £180.

Excellent company, despite the old heater's recalcitrance!

I fitted one quite a few years ago. It was excellent, without any of the well-publicised problems of Eberspachers, nor their purchase cost. At the time it cost about 30% of any diesel fired unit. Quite cheap to run so long as gas was reasonably available.
