I use Glori 2 blades folding prop. Lay up last year found the pin to hold the blades loosen and blades could move sideway within the slot. May be the pin or blade eye had worn out after 20+ years of service. Filled rubber in the gap and it was OK during the year.

Lay up this year forgotten to check but right after returned to water, the propeller started having loud "Qunk Qunk" sounds in every rev, which gives a horrible feeling.

However, it still works & deliver normal motoring speed, only with the loud sound (in every rev) which gives the worry of anything would go wrong at any time.

1. Any brothers can give hints of what goes wrong ?
2. Can it be repaired and how ?
3. Do I need to replace the 20+years old prop by new instead ?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
