Have just had my 22" x 20" propeller repitched by these people.

Fast efficient and reasonably priced.
Located in Chatham Dockyard,suspect that it will highly unlikely your prop will be to big for them to handle.
My bronze prop needed to go from 20"P to 17"P and workshop said they probably could have taken a bit more if requested.
They deal mainly in ginormouse bronze stuff and if yours are mebe alloy,would suggest that Steel Developments would be better,
