Prop Taper

[Saddletramp]

I picked up a 14" prop yesterday for the grand sum of £20/
It appears to be a 1 in 12 taper. I think my shaft is a non standard taper (not checked as boat is in the water.)

Can anyone recommend an engineer to bore the prop? Live S London boat is on Hayling Island.
