Hi. all .Does any foramite know, size and pitch of prop, on a moody 37. With the hurth box and thornycroft t90 35 hp. sorry dont know reduction of box, but i do know its a standard combination, thanks for reading this........

I think you should try to find the exact gearbox ratio. It is one of the essential pieces of information required for the calculation of the correct propeller.

I have been looking for our Colvic Countess 37 (35hp Perkins with Hurth box) - sounds a simalar set-up.

Every one has asked for engine size, max rpm, gearbox ratio, hull dimensions, shaft dimensions (taper, key etc) before giving a price.

The other key question I've been asked is "What size have you currently got and why do you want to change it?" - if its just a replacement, send your old prop to someone who will get an exact match, if there's a performance issue an expert will be able to tell you what to alter (Pitch, Size etc) to overcome your specific issue.
