Is this a mines bigger than yours thread ?
My shafts are 50mm, so allowing for the taper I would expect about M36, with a 3mm ish pitch.

No, I nearly bu gg ered mine when I recently took my prop off and the puller wasn't centred!
I have now bought a nut, so when I take the boss off, I can put the nut on and the puller will stay centred.

Once you've got all the details, it's well worth putting a document on the computer so you can retrieve it! I got mine as I was lucky enough to have the original Darglow folding prop on the boat when I bought it. A phone call with the serial number and they supplied me with the details from their books.
